Not a concern. Clover thrives better than many plants because it is able to convert nitrogen from the atmosphere into a form that it (the clover) can readily use. Thus, your 'lawn' won't need fertilization (at least with a lot of nitrogen), but your other plants will. Most plants (other than legumes like clover) do not have the ability to 'fix' nitrogen.

It might be worth noting that honey bees and bumblebees LOVE clover! You'll have to be extremely careful about avoiding the use of any pesticides that might harm them.
