Help my plants please!

What you see here is a Chamaedorea elegans and it is in trouble.I have it near a sunny window now is still there but is no longer getting direct sunlight.I water it once at 3-4 days.I need your help because i don't want to lose it.I used fertilizer on all my plants and since then it seems like they are not doing so well.Should i repott it?
