My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Spring flowers blooming NOW?

I am really freaked out! Today, at work, I noticed native violets and flowering quince in bloom! On the road home, I saw a forsythia bush in full bloom. Isn't that WEIRD? We have had a couple of light freezes, but for the most part, it's been unseasonably warm and humid. I'm not complaining - I LOVE it!
