I'm looking at Spirit Elements Sunhouse for $2,724; It is 8x12; they also have 8x8 and 12x12 versions. This is a cedar building which comes with a number of features standard that might be extras elsewhere.

The 8x8 is $2,132.

Shipping is free this month (they are located in Colorado).

Don't know what part of NJ your in but if your down by me on Rt. 70 in the Medford area there is a place that has them.

The manufacturer of the sheds sold by Spirit Elements (and other resellers), mentioned by AndyInNYC (above), is Cedarshed Industries of British Columbia. I'll post the link to their site below. The prices they quote include delivery; Spirit Elements attempts to give the impression that free delivery is a limited time special.

I'd be interested to hear of anyone's experience with this manufacturer as to the quality of the product.

For what it's worth, check out Northern Greenhouse Sales. http://www.northerngreenhouse.com/ideas/gallery/index.htm This guy has been selling greenhouse poly for years. I bought some from him and built one of his "rebar" greenhouses, size 8' wide x 10' x 7' high for about $80 in materials. The plastic greenhouse film was excellent. Lasted about 5 years after which time the life in the film was shot. If you're ambitious enough you can design your own structure and build it yourself and save alot of money. AND have your greenhouse and shed too. (if you have the room.) my two cents. Eddie
