Creative Solution to Shade Wheelbarrell

I love fuscia and had been planting them in a wheelbarrell under a maple tree in my backyard. I lost that tree in a storm but would like to see if I can somehow create filtered shade for the wheelbarrell so that I can again place the wheelbarrell with the fuscia there (small yard and there is no other shade and the spot is a great place to place color for view from the patio). Any creative ideasfor how to jerry-rig the wheelbarrell?

P.S. Can I start fuscia from seed now? Is it available pretty much anywhere if yes? Any hints on effective seeding method?

New tree or shrubs? An arbor, pergola, trellis or some kind of lattice work? A fence? Do you have shade on the North side of your house?

I've never grown fuschia from seed but the fancy ones are usually available as hanging baskets. Last year I tried hardy fuschia and cape fuschia in pots. One hardy fuschia did burn out eventually in full sun but that is because I forgot to water it. It was doing fine until then. The cape fuschia did great. Didn't wilt at all. I probably added some crystals to retain moisture and osmocote.
I got my plants from the Frelinghuysen plant sale. Don't know if they will have them again but the sale is the first Saturday in May.
