I have a permanent mulch on my garden, but because of the extremely dry weather we've been having even some of my plants were showing water stress--so of course yesterday I gave the garden a good thorough watering. Now it's raining and will rain all day (not the "sprinkles" they were talking about yesterday). So of course I can worry about overwatering and mildew,etc.
