What is the white stuff blowing in the air?

20 years ago

Hi, I work in Long Branch. Today there is so much of that fluffy cotton stuff that it looks like it snowed in some areas. It is accumulating on the ground! Does anyone know what kind of seed this is? Is it from a certain tree?
