Dear garden sleuths,

This very low green leafy thing has been growing in small clumps very slowly during winter. It doesn't seem to flower, but now that it's warming up it's much more now.

I think it could be a groundcover or something...it has very shallow roots, and is hard to pell off the ground. Can someone help me ID this?

PS: Where should I put photos to ID plants with? Is this a good spot? As I'm not sure if it's 100% weedy, I hope asking here is ok.
