Bought EE from Home Depot and grew them in pots outside. They did great. now I am diging up the Tubers for the winter and to my suprise the Tubers are no longer round at the bottom. They look as if a spoon scooped out the bottom. There were roots growing from the tuber but I expected them to be round/oval like when I purchased them. Maybe they rotted a little but then came back. Has anyone seen this with there EE tubers
