My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Chemocurl offered me some suggestions based on D's Garden website, but most were sold out. If anyone runs into them in the relatively nearby area (I actually live near Dayton), I'd love to know about it. I lost mine in last year's drought....Thanks!
