New Botanic Garden for Louisville??

A couple of weeks ago on the local morning news (Cincinnati). There was a brief blurb about Louisville developing a MUTLI, MULTI, million dollar 25-30 acre botanical garden. There was mention of Botanica's involvment.

My jaw just about hit the floor... does anyone else know anything about this?
