Least comfortable armchair ever!

I've just moved into a house in Woodland Park, so Monday I walked over to Franklin Park Conservatory. Always looking for ideas for my garden, I found something I definitely *don't* want!

Saw a bunch of the new Chihuly installations. (Not surprisingly, there were a lot of folks there Monday, so I didn't stop to get the names of each piece)

This was my favorite: a boatful of blue and purple glass, adrift on a sea of philodendron....

This replaces the Nijiima Floats in the koi pond.

I haven't been over to the conservatory in a while, and I was very pleasantly surprised by all the addditional spaces they've installed around the building itself. Patios, pavillions -- there's a lot more there than I remembered.

If you get a chance to check it out in the lingering warm days, you really should!
