I never had a real swap at my house (except one micro mini GW swap with only 4 other people - 3 years ago). If you went to Delaware...it was probably Gloria's house. But, I was probably there!

Sure wish you could come to the swap tomorrow. Mimi & I will do one in the Spring again.

My Mom is a Schiller Park Gardening volunteer. I grew up on Deshler Avenue and visit the park often when I'm at Mom and Dad's house. My nephew loves to visit the gardens, the play area (of course) and the pond and ducks. Mom plants and prunes the gardens with several other volunteers quite a few times a year. They are beautiful, aren't they? The park sure has been spruced up since the days I was living on it's edge. I also love the fact that they closed the parking area opposite the elementary school and installed the statuary. And the grasses at the Third St. entrance are wonderful. So glad to see the park in bloom!
