I `ve got 3 NOIDs in my planting.

1. a classic case of mixed labels. With the help of an old order form (2007) I think it should be H. elata. I checked on the Hosta library, but the desdription wasnt very detailed. As I moved it evry fall it couldn`t really mature but still grew bigger every season. Plus it looks still great at the end of the season

I rescued this nice clump from a building site in July. The clump has been held together by masking tape for a while so its shape could be somewhat altered. I browsed through some books and HL and think it could be Francee. I could count 10 pairs of veins

real NOID. My first Hosta ever, bought 2007 at a florist`s shop, unlabeled, before I found the Hosta forum. Any guess? It has been crowded by large neighbour hostas that I dug up just recently. O, and we had a bad hail storm around June which slashed all the new foliage.

ps: I checked older pictures taken in early summer 2008. It seems that it didnt change color drasticly, well, at least not while young. All in all it does nicely and I think I will keep it. What do you think?
