My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I was just disappointed to learn that the bottlebrush buckeyes I was eager to plant as a screen are susceptable to Japanese beetles which are awful here.
The Sweetbay Rhododendron could serve a similar function and is listed as resistant to JBs. I'm in northern Illinois. Looking to hear from folks who've had successes or challenges or recommendations for variety of this shrub.
