I don't grow baffin, i grow j. cabot same size no rebloom, i heard baffin reblooms, i'd ask on the rose sight you'll probibly get more responses..

Are you pruning your rose bush after the initial flowers are spent? My brother-in-law has a William Baffin that blooms in late spring and again in the fall - this seems to work well for him.

I have a William Baffin also and it has grown on a trellis approx. 25 ft tall. I got this rose after I read an article in Better Homes and Garden on the 10 best rebloomers! Funny, but I don't find this to be the case with mine. It always blooms in early June, but never reblooms either. I am zone 5 and I have it on the South side of my house in full sun. I find that the initial blossom time is packed with blooms and it looks like there are more coming on right after, so I hesitate to dead head the spent blooms.

I am in Michigan's U P and have Wm Baffin. For me It blooms in late June and again in August. I do not do anything to the bush other then trim out the winter kill, (of which there is always a goodly amount) and give it a couple feedings of Rose fertilizer. It is on the south side of our house, so gets full sun. Does anyone else have trouble with it sending up new shoots in near by beds? Seems to be quite invasive in my garden.

Do you deadhead? I pinch off the spent blooms and it reblooms for me.
