Does anyone know where to buy citrus/cycad pots? They're tall (say 11") and narrow (maybe 4"x4"). I've seen small citrus seeds sold in them but the store personnel said they get them already potted.

I've also seen in videos (from Australia) plastic bags shaped like that, that hold their form when the soil is put in them, but I can't find them anywhere.
