Hi Jody. I started Cupids Dart from seed 3 years ago. If I remember correctly they did not flower the first year. The second year it sent up a thin stem with a beautiful sky blue flower on it. This year it is totally covered with blossoms. I love the airy look of the plant. Is the bud on yours actually papery? If it is then it is a seed pod. If it isn't, then it will bloom for you soon. The actual flower bud on mine and the seed pod are quite similar except that the flower bud is green and seed pod is a tan color. Marg
