My sunflowers have lots of flowers but they're all small and the petals fall off after a day or so. Well, I'm assuming that they're falling off. They are fenced in so I don't think anything is getting in to eat them.

Also, none of them have any seed.

The package said they were "Burpee Thousand Suns Girasol"
