I just moved and took a lot of flowers - it was a lot of work but less than buying them all new. I assume you don't have a new house and your current house isn't for sale yet. Dig your lily bulbs up now, it's a little late but once the ground freezes you've had it. You can store them in a paper bag in the fridge if you have to, but they may rot or dry out and it's better if you can get them in the ground somewhere, even if it's at a friend's house. Make sure you plant them around 6" down and mark the location.

Hostas, bleeding hearts, hens & chicks can be dug up with as much root ball as possible and put in plastic pots, again it's a little late but not impossible. Then you can sink the whole pot in the ground, again you might have to borrow a couple of feet at a friend's house. In the spring when you're ready you just dig up the pot and transplant the root ball where you want it.

Corn flowers (bachelor's buttons) are self-seeding annuals so you should collect seeds if there are any still there, otherwise you will have to buy a new pack in the spring.
