It's the text that you want to appear on your link, for example the following entries:

Right under your picture are four choices - Email & Img, Direct link, HTML Code, IMG Code. Right click on HTML Code and copy. Then write your post in Garden web and Paste right inside your post. When you click on Preview you will see your picture in your post. You won't see it until you hit Preview. You will only see the code in your post until you Preview.

Its easy.
