Is this a Phalaenopsis?

I'm fairly new to orchids. I'm wondering if the plant with the small flowers in the picture is a phalaenopsis. It was given to me as a gift. It has two stems that are equal in size and the flowers are smaller than any of my other orchids. Thanks!
