How do you get it to bloom? I have had one for a few years mounted on cork. Grows well...but doesn't bloom. Tried drying it out and this year really drying it to only 1 watering every 1.5-2 weeks or so. Does it need less water and more rest? Temps in my house get down to about 58-60 in the area it grows. Grows warm up to 80-85 in summer. I grow it in a window that I bloom other dendrobiums and cattleya hybrids so I think it is getting enough light. Just no flowers! Any cultural help is great.

The initial photos were of a new acquisition called Dockrilla teretifolia 'Sydney form'. Since I have idea what that means I did not mention it. I have a plant which I have had forever which is just a straight ordinary Dock teretifolia. Here is a picture of it's flowers. They seem more white and a little larger than the 'Sydney form'.

This plant is huge and usually covers itself with flowers. This year it has one inflo which can be seen in the top right hand corner of the photo. We have had an unusually warm winter which is the only thing different this year. I have however noticed in the past that it seems to take a vacation now and then and fails to bloom in the usual superlative way.

SBOE probably has a bigger selection of these than anybody and probably would be able to answer your question about lack of blooming. Tell them you bought it from them, they do sell it regularly and I'm sure they'll answer your question which they will anyway as they are very accommodating. Ask for either Wayne or Paul.
