Found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia as a warm to cool grower. I grow it cool. Densely packed flowers on a 1" long stalk. Another one that only a species grower could love, not suitable for corsages. Will get quite large, got this from someone who has one the size of a suitcase hanging from the rafters. When I expressed interest, he picked up a broomstick and whacked it. A few pieces fell of which is where mine came from.
