As many of you know, I have made many negative comments about the compost from the Ft. Smith Landfill, mainly because it had so much shredded plastic bags in it.

I got an email from Mr. hopper from the Ft. Smith sanitation dept. yesterday stating that the compost was now plastic free, and still at the old price of $10.00 a yd. I went up to Ft. smith today and bought a yd. of compost. I was very pleased. Also to my surprise they also had very nice looking mulch.

I met with Mr. Rowe, who works out on the Yard and ask him to email my pictures of the mulch, which he did. I am sorry to say that I am not smart enough get the pictures from my email to this forum..

I would also like to say, that I have no connection with the landfill other than being one of their customers'
