My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A farmers market find last year.I put in in the kitchen window and just kept an eye on it and boy was I surprised.I also rebloomed my first Phal in the same window.Hopefully is will not become a habit. LOL LOL.
