My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Well, it finally is blooming. Looks like IÂm only going to have about a dozen flowers this year, but thatÂs OK since this plant was a division received late last season and I donÂt think it really had a chance to settle in before winter arrived.

This is a small growing species from Laos, Vietnam, China and Hong Kong.

I really like fringe!
