I'm not too bummed about the buds blasting. I'm trying to convince myself they did that because the plant is still so young. With age and some size, I'm expecting clusters of these little things. Other than that, it really hasn't been a difficult plant to grow. This is one of those that has to be kept totally dry for most of the winter.

Kev, it's a keeper! Looks like an eye with long lashes. I love it! Hopefully next time the buds will hang on to bloom. I get so frustrated waiting a year for a bloom and then the temperatures drop and so do my buds or the plant is too young to hold that many buds or I do something stupid and move the plant or give it too much water or not enough. Live and learn. It's all part of the game, I guess.
