My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Angraecum equitans

Small growing Angraecum, fragrant at night as with most members of this species. I posted a picture last year at this time so a very regular flowerer. It's growing into a nice little clump so there should be more blooms next year!
