My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bulbophyllum medusae

Despite its weird and exotic appearance, this is really not a difficult orchid. Mine blooms twice a year, once at the beginning of the rainy season and once at the end, about 5 months apart. I have had it about 5 years and never repotted it!
