I've had it for many years, and it (and it's offspring) have flowered beautifully the last four years (took me awhile to figure it out.)
I've never put it outside during the summer and have seen in these forums lots of hints for when to bring them in, stop watering, etc., but when do you actually start putting them outside? Flowers are just now starting to dry up and fall off. Nighttime temps are still in the mid-30's here.

Growing orchids in Seattle is vastly different to here so i really cannot give you any firm advice except to say that they should go outside when the new growth(s) at the base of the old canes/pseudobulbs are showing signs of activity.
But the growers here have mid winter temperatures in the 40-50F range and by the time the plants have finished flowering night temps would be in the 50-60F range.
Perhaps if you pose the question over on discussions you might get a better answer.

It looks like Den. Yukidaruma, but there are several similar hybrids resemble this one.
