Its a cross ofLaelia anceps x Dialaelia Snowflake.
Ive waited a few years for this to bloom, might keep it in my collection.
Oh, yes. It's beautiful. Worth the wait, I think.
Gorgeous. How long is the flower stem
I love it! Another nice Laelia anceps hybrid.
I was going to ask the same question as Greencurls! How long is that stem??
Beautiful flower.

I think you have just given me the name to one of my blooming NOIDs I inherited. Will check out the flowers tomorrow and post.
Nick
The flower spike is just over a foot.I had to tilt the basket its in to get these 2 blooms.
I think mine is of the same ilk but not the same.
It also has a long stalk with multiple flowers. I think I'll call it Dialaelia but not give it your crosse's name.
Check on Dialaelia Snowflake. That is one of the parents of mine.S.B.O.E. has some nice info.
I grew these years ago. One cross had spikes about 2 feet. It was the most bizarre plant. The flowers were pretty but I couldn't deal with the spike. I'll look through some of my old pics and see if I can find it.
