Congratulations on getting this one to grow and bloom. The ones seen in bloom around here have always been on a mount.

Thank you, It is mounted on tree fern. I put the mount in a basket so it could sit on a shelf.

Many Many Moons ago this orchid mounted on cork and grown to perfection won Champion Orchid at a medium sized orchid show here.
There was the usual huffing and puffing about orchid judges having failing eye sight.
I would love to give it a try but it not often seen for sale.
