Cool and dry during winter. Almost zero water for two or three months should do the trick. It might just take time. This one didn't bloom for many years and only started a few years ago. I didn't change much to induce it to bloom. Threaten to throw it away and it might bloom.
Great plant! Are the flowers long-lived? I had a Dendrobium jenkinsii a few years ago (kind of a miniature version of aggregatum) and the flowers were very short lived.
Not long-lived like a Phal. But longer than many other orchids. I'd say two or three weeks for sure. Probably depends a lot on temperature, wind, humidity, etc.
