Hello Calvin, Im afraid there is no technology with my orchid growing it's all very labour intensive! a large container full of rainwater in which I dunk my mounted plants some daily but most every other day. They also receive a weak dose of fertilizer from a small watering can at the time of watering. As far as the mounts are concerned, I used to have a much larger greenhouse with ancient slatted cedar blinds. The individual slats now get sawn up and turned into baskets and rafts.

Cool - I ask because I'm setting up a miniature greenhouse type thing indoors for my angraecoids and I remember your gorgeous angraecums growing on moss-covered mounts and I'm just curious regarding the watering schedule, as I am quite certain my mounts never stay moist long enough to support that kind of moss growth.
