My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Mine bloom reliably. But it seems to not want to grow into a specimen plant. I've been growing it in a bark charcoal mixture. I'm going to try lava rock and see what happens.
There were 4 divisions from various evolutions. 3 have bloomed in exact sequence. One ends another opens. The forth was traded to allymarie. It looked like it might bloom. But perhaps the shipping might have caused it not to bloom....
This is a pic of my Lc Greenwich Elmhurst I got in trade from Shavedmonkey.I was out of town and came back to see only one bud opened. It's almost on its way out but still a beautiful and large flower with a lovely fragrance. I just love this orchid, thanks Shaved.
The petals are more greenish. My tablet takes lousy pics.
