I would mow and bag them down.

A properly maintained Bermuda lawn should easily be able to out compete most weeds. Im not sure about the vinegar, its a non-selective herbicide, But Bermuda is one tough grass. Why not try it in a small area and see what happens. If, not than I agree, I would bag mow them.

I have a few questions for you:

1. At what Height are you cutting you Bermuda.

2. How often are you watering?

3. How often and with what are you feeding your lawn?

I too have a bermuda lawn. I don't use any chemicals... fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides... don't use 'em at all.

This time of year is when I begin seeing weeds come up also. So far this year my front lawn isn't too bad, but my back yard has a lot of weeds. Sometime next month just before my lawn comes out of dormancy is when I'll go out there with my Weed Hound & wheelbarrow & spend the afternoon. This is my once-a-year ritual. I pull anything/everything that's green in the lawn. Then I scalp, dethatch, and fertilize with alfalfa pellets. I'll continue to watch the lawn about once a week & if I see a weed or two, I'll yank 'em out. All through the season I fertilize with soybean meal once a month, I mow every 2nd or 3rd day at .625", and I water twice a month (if we haven't gotten rain.) By June, I don't have any weed issues at all.
