My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Not a lot of blooms this year - probably a direct result of the terrible conditions for the plants that I had outdoors last summer. The plant is growing well, though, so if I coddle it a bit, it will be back to its usual self by next spring.
