My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Do you know if it is available in Canada and if you can get it in left or right chaise?

It is available left or right chaise. You should be able to find something very similar in Canada. Check your local furniture stores. Contact a designer. Or check with a reputable upholsterer and see if they can make it for you.
