My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I've had this for nearly a year, and this is its first bloom. It has buds on another growth that have not started opening yet. The flower is about 2.5" from top to bottom, and the plant is less that 1 foot tall. The plant looks totally artificial; the leaves and stem appear to be formed from hard dark green plastic, and the flower has the substance of crepe paper. Hoping for better form from later blooms.
