My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My Mokara was bought in a bag at a big box store and is now blooming for the first time. I have had success with it in a pot with orchid bark along with some other vanda types.
Yes, It gets lots of sun. Right now almost too much with our 100 degree weather. I have taken some of the vandas from their hanging position and set them on the floor so that they still get sun but hopefully not too much heat.
