Is there any difference between the two? I went to the local feed store and the Alfafa meal would be extremely hard to put down with a spreader because it was extremely fine, so I bought the pellets. I assume it's the same, but I just wanted to make sure - I am planning on spreading 20 lbs per 1000 sq ft. Thanks!
