My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It has taken me a long time to get the knack of growing Phrags.They need to be kept constantly moist, but are very intolerant of stagnant conditions, which is what killed my earlier plants I think. I grow this in a mix of 75% river gravel (lime free) with one or two big chunks of bark and plenty of charcoal and try to water it twice a week throughout the year with very clean rain water and only a tiny amount of fertilizer. Seems to be working.
