My car finally broke down and had to buy a new one. Got a 2006 Grand Prix. I really love it. Can't buy food now but needed to diet anyway LOL

I'm jealous of that new kitchen remodel. That's what I need. Still have the same vinyl floor and appliances from when the house was built 18 years ago. Glad they're still working though. We put new tile in our basement but not sure I want it in the kitchen too. Got new carpet, furniture and paint for my living room this fall. Now that it's done I need to tackle the kitchen but I'm not good at keeping up with what's in style. I thought I might try to do a home tour and check out some new kitchens. I'm sure my hubby would love for me to drag around to a few of those.

Have your grandkids gotten a lot of snow this year? Colorado has been on the news a lot lately because of all the snow they've gotten. Nebraska must be getting some of that too. Glad it hasn't been moving in this direction. I've already had my snow fix for the year. I'm ready for spring.

Vickie - I'm pretty jealous of that new car too. Both of our vehicles are getting pretty high on mileage. Sorry to hear about your sister-in-law. You must've been close and it's hard not to be sad at Christmas when a family member can't be with you anymore. (Big hug)

Hey Redhotflower!! Yes.. the sping is not too far away! Your remodeling sounds so nice. I am having trouble to make a decide to paint yellow or red? for hallway and kitchen too. I wish you can come over my house to help me to make a decison!

Vicki glad you got the new car. Thats on my list some time in the next couple of years. So sorry about your sis in law know you really enjoyed your time with her.

The grandkids have had their share of snow. Been out sleding and snowmobiling and having good time. Cant say I miss all of that. The cold were having is killing me. Wish I didnt have to go out to work.

Kat glad to see you here also. Hope to make a trip up your way this year. So enjoy the town square with all that music. If your coming down my way any of u let me know and hope we could get together.

Found out the flower and garden show in Fort Smith is March 9-11 so am already making plans to go on the 10th . Have a couple of friends and this is our annual outing. Wonder if Kay will be there with the roses.

Glad to see some of us are coming out of hibernation.
