My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I'm usually fairly modest about my own orchids - I have a lot to be modest about - but this is the best one of this particular species I have seen. It has a strong sweet perfume that can be detected across the garden.
I imported one from Santa Catarina last year. I'm anxiously waiting on my first flowering next year.
Is this species tolerant of heat? Recent temps have been ~35°C (95F). I anticipate this to continue for several days at a time with breaks in between until the end of August. Should I bring it indoors? I hate to remove it from full sunlight but I don't want a "wasted" plant, either.
