My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

May as well be a cactus, grows in sandy soil throughout central Africa hot to cold, very adaptable. I grow it outside and attempt to not give it as much water as the others but I'm sure it gets more than it needs. This is only the second year it bloomed. The stalk can get very long with up to 200 flowers.
