I don't know how far away Rogers, AR is. I got food grade steel barrels from Webster (a jam/jelly company in Rogers)for $8. BF added hand pump from Harbor Freight for easy dispensing, I think it was about $30.

Hi neighbor ! check out the ad tracker have seen them in it , also there is a business just before you get into Camdenton on Hwy. 5 that did have them . I use a heavy plastic blue barrel to catch it in, then move it with a submersible pump into trash cans on a heated porch , if it is left in the barrel a stock tank heater that is safe to use in the plastic works good .
