My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Masdevallia oscitans

One of the warmish growing masdevallia species. It is a successive bloomer. It has been blooming for 4-5 months on these spike. The flowers aren't striking but it is my best growing Masdevallia to date.
