Dendrobium laevifolium

A nice little summer bloomer. The droopy flower at the lower right is fading after 3 months. It probably would last longer if conditions were a little cooler. I wondered if anyone knew what kind of fern is growing in the pot with it. It looks like maidenhair, and has very long runners that can produce new plants anywhere along each runner. I pull a lot of it out of my orchid pots, but it does not seem to do any harm.
This particular plant is supposedly a cross between a red and a yellow form, but evidently the yellow got lost somewhere along the way.
