Paph Magic Lantern

Below is a photo of the second Magic Lantern to bloom from the 4 seedlings that I obtained from Sherwood Forest Orchids when they were going out of business. It is not as nice as the first one that bloomed but it is fairly dark. The other two are also in bud and I'll post photos of them as they bloom as well.

It would be fun if I could post them all side by side for a comparison. Only problem is I'm not computer savvy.

Tee530, Yes I do know the clonal names. Nothing fancy in the names. It's micranthum #2 x delenatii #1.

Sheila, the flowers natural spread is approx. 7.5 c.m.

The third Magic Lantern should bloom in the next 10 days. Then I'll only need to wait for the last one of those sibs to bloom. When I ordered the seedlings from Sherwood Orchids (as the were closing their doors) I just sent them some money and pointed them in a direction. When 4 of the group of seedling arrived I was almost a little disappointed as I already had a few Magic Lanterns. That being said the 2 that have bloomed out are better then my others.

Bob. I have a Magic Lantern, and I cant seem to get it to bloom. What type of conditions to you maintain for it? How often are you watering? Light? etc?
